Se que viste mis historias y te dio mucha hambre jaja lo siento, no puedo evitar sacarle foto a lo que como, así que me queda el recuerdo por siempre. Visité Bogotá por Carnavales y estuve de viernes a martes, así que esta vez les compartiré los restaurantes que pude visitar en mi corto tiempo de estadía. Es impactante la cantidad de Restaurantes que hay en esta ciudad, uno más bueno que el otro, y super lindos a la vista por fuera y por dentro.

I visited Bogotá for Carnival and I stayed from Friday to Tuesday, so this time I will share the restaurants that I could visit in my short time of stay. It is shocking the number of restaurants in this city, one more good than the other, and super cute to see from the outside.

CASA

Beautiful Restaurant in one of the best streets of Bogotá. The atmosphere it’s great. I suggest you make reservations because its very popular in the zone.

Un Restaurante super lindo en una de las mejores zonas de Bogotá. El ambiente es genial. Sugiero que se haga reservación previa porque está muy de moda y suele llenarse.
Recomendación: De verdad que todo estaba divino. Tienes la opción de pedir diferentes  platos pequeños para picar y compartir o si quieres platos fuertes. De entradas recomiendo los langostinos tempura, el tartare y los mini lobster rolls. De plato fuerte me encantaron los Spaghetti Vongole.

Recommendation: Truly, everything was divine. You have the option of ordering different small plates to chop and share or if you prefer main dishes. For entrees I recommend the tempura prawns, the tartare and the mini lobster rolls. For main course I loved the Spaghetti Vongole.

LEON MOZZARELLA BAR

Incredible this Italian Testaurant. The place is super cute with different environments, a spots more elegant and quiet, and then the part of the terrace that is more moved with cool music.

Increíble este Restaurante italiano. El sitio es super lindo con diferentes ambientes, desde uno más elegante y tranquilo, hasta la parte de terraza que es más movido con musiquita cool. 
Recomendación: La Pizzeta trufada (tiene un toque dulce delicioso), los Tortellinis de Ternera (rellenos con ternera super suave por dentro), los Rigatonis al Teléfono (traen la burrata encima que recomiendan mezclar y derretir con el resto). El postre de la casa me encantó, recomendado 100%, eran como obleas de hojaldre, con arequipe (dulce de leche) y queso italiano.

Recommendation: The Truffled Pizzeta (with a delicious sweet touch), the Veal Tortellini (stuffed with super soft veal inside), the Rigatonis al Teléfono (with the burrata on top, recommended to mix it and let it melt with the rest of the pasta). I loved the dessert of the house, recommended 100%. It consisted in puff pastry wafers, with arequipe (dulce de leche) and Italian cheese.

ANDRÉS CARNE DE RES

 

A MUST when you go to Bogotá. The decoration of the place is AWESOME and the atmosphere is very cheerful. Everything is very dynamic, the waiters dancing and the vibe is very cool. Later it becomes more like a disco, the dance floor is on and people start standing up and getting hype.

UN MUST cuando se va a Bogotá. La decoración del lugar es BRUTAL y el ambiente es muy alegre. Todo es muy movido, los mesoneros bailando y la vibra es muy animada. Luego que se hace más tarde se convierte más en discoteca, se arman las pistas de baile t la gente comienza a bailar.  

Recomendación: recomiendo pedir para compartir la pizza de patacón que viene con diferentes toppings. Probar la arepa de choclo y si quieres carne el corte de lomo al trapo que es típico de allí.

Recommendation: I recommend to share the patacón pizza that comes with different toppings. Try the arepa de choclo and if you want meat the “lomo al trapo” that is typical from that place.

WOK

A place with an Asian mix: it has Japanese, Vietnamese, and Thai dishes. The atmosphere is cool, good quality / price.

Un sitio con un mix asiático: tiene platos japoneses, vietnamitas, tailandeses. El ambiente es cool, buena calidad/precio.
Recomendación: el Pad Thai, Roll Wok-n-Roll, postre: tartaleta de banano.  

Recommendation: Pad Thai, Roll Wok-n-Roll, dessert: banana tart.

MASA

Loved this place, great bakery quality. There are various all around the city, but this one was new and the decoration was really pretty and clean. Recommended 100% for BRUNCH.

Me encantó este sitio, la calidad de la panadería es super buena. Hay varios alrededor de la ciudad pero este que fui es nuevo y la decoración es bella y se ve todo minimalista. Recomendado 100% para BRUNCH.

 

Recomendación: MUST: el croissant de almendras es increíble. Tartine de aguacate y huevo, el Croque-Madame y la torta de zanahoria. 

Recommendation: MUST: the almond croissant is amazing. Avocado and egg tartine, the Croque-Madame and the carrot cake.
